b1830 in Amherst, Massachusetts an interesting character located in what apparently is known as the "knowledge corridor" and whose grandfather founded Amherst College. Reminded me of my visit to Salem.

Wellness
Two different pain group zoom calls today. Pleased to receive a personal thank you email for my participation in the NHS Pain Pathway group one. The other, lead by a University of Warwick research  was on the inter-relationship between pain and sleep and the use of sleep monitoring gadgets.

Divine Insurgency
Discussed with the PCC secretary what agenda and approach we take for our upcoming meeting. Productive and hopefully we'll be able to have an open conversation providing feedback to the vicar and start to discuss and agree our vision.
