Let them eat cake 2021

It's the annual bake off where I compete against my self in previous years.
The two child judges are easy to get past.  Their only evaluation criteria; is it cake?
The other judge is a bit picky and unable to forget that 5 years ago when I made it, it was a bit dry...

...this year it wasn't light enough apparently.
