Two Views Of A Nymph

This very small praying mantis nymph survived the storm and the bitterly cold wind. Perhaps the furry apple mint helped. There are two views of the same nymph. The dark stripe down the back indicates that the nymph is in the first instar, that is, newly hatched. It probably came from the same egg case as the one I blipped a week ago. The other shot shows that the front is plain green.
