Hi Vis Fishing

In Australia there are countless deaths due to drowning whilst fishing off rocks. Although the sea looks bening rogue waves rear up   and wash fisherfolk out to sea. Rock fishing enthusiasts have been encouraged to wear flotation devices but more often than not  it falls on deaf ears.
