Grainy Morning

Strava Day 185/75 Hard Off Phase Day 4. First liter and outdoor workout done. Am still reading but since I am off the hooks from 75 Hard rules, I will not be limited by the non fiction/self help genre requisite of 75 Hard.

Something worth documenting happened this morning: I was able to get my ass out the door (with the intent of honoring the commitment I set to make sure I am outdoors by 5:30 and to have an entry for the 5:55 (AM) photo series) even without Spotify on. Usually, having headphones/earbuds is a necessity for me before going out but the fact that I left them inside means I have somehow reached a level of stillness and focus without dependency on a thing. It made me smile but since I had time anyway, I still came back for them calmly.

Jordan (Syatt) in his latest podcast mentioned that having anxiety is part of being human and it is validating to hear that.
