Sausage casserole for dinner with a lovely red wine from SW France

Went through a box of old things and spent time destroying/ recycling old floppy disks containing research info/ reports and some of MrH’s unknown bits and bobs. Nice to get shut of excess rubbish. Lots of it dated back at least 20 years!
