A trip into Lincoln today to see Lucy the Dragon at The Castle. I thought walking up Steep Hill would be a good test to see how my heart rehabilitation is coming along - very tired by the time I got to the top of it, but I made it up slowly, without stopping, so was quite happy with myself. Coming back down Steep Hill was a bit easier. The recovery journey continues...
