Spectacular parrot tulips

There was a flurry of excitement this morning outside my hairdresser in Stirling when a sudden posse of police vans arrived.  They were there for  a few minutes and folk rushed out to see what was happening. But there was nothing untoward to be seen.
 
They think it was related to an incident earlier in the week when a 72-year-old woman had her handbag snatched by a well-known local woman junkie. In the process of the snatch the older woman fell, had concussion and died.
