Rydyn ni'n treulio rhai o ddiwrnodau mewn myfyrdod bob wythnos. Mae'n draddodiadol yn Nepal a Bhutan (a Tibet hefyd am wn i) am hen bobol yn ymweld y lleoedd arbennig fel temlau, mynachlogydd, ayyb.  Mae'n gyfle iddyn nhw i wneud pethau fel myfyrdod, cylchdaith, mantra; ar amser yn eu bywyd pan maen nhw'n llai prysur gyda gofynion bywyd. Mae'n teimlo fel defnyddiad da o'n hamser hefyd, felly rydyn ni wedi mabwysiadu'r ffordd hon o fyw. Mae'n ddiddorol i ffitio pob arall o gwmpas ein hamser mewn enciliad, ond mae'n ymddangos yn ymarferol.

We spend some days in meditation every week. It is traditional in Nepal and Bhutan (and I suppose Tibet) for old people to visit the special places like temples, monasteries, etc. It's an opportunity for them to do things like meditation, circumambulation, mantra, and so on; at a time in their life when they are less busy with the demands of life. It feels like a good use of our time too, so we've adopted this lifestyle. It's interesting to fit everything else around our time in retreat, but it seems workable.
