coffee break

Just came down from my 5 kms run and - oh how bad I am doing right now with this distance - normally I run 10 kms in less than an hour - at the moment it takes me 33 mins for 5 kms- way too long. But think I have to come back to my "old me". But have to say its the second run outside this year - so there is hope to get better by the time.

Now a quick coffee then another 5 kms walk with the "boys" (four legged) and in the evening to a invitation to hubs colleagues (another evening with wine and snacks and and and - please how can I lose that "out of shape"-feeling ????
