Rowans.

An overcast wet morning which set the scene for the entire day.  A good thing really as it forced me to catch up on yesterdays undone chores and do a bit of dusting. Once I settled onto the sofa I found I wasn’t that warm. Checked my bank account and found the direct debit for my gas had doubled.  Although I can afford it I grudge it so went online and bought some nice big cheap fleeces to wear around the house as extra layers.  I’ll need them when I’m lazing around.  Linda phoned to check if I was coming tomorrow and we had a long chat then I went up to Strath again to walk and find a blip. Everything was dripping wet but it did put a nice shine on the berries. The rosebay willow herb in the extras had been bent over by the rain.
