C is cutting off his beard to raise funds for Dominic Barker Trust – Dominic Barker Trust. (It is a bit longer at the longest point). His fundraising page can be found here.

After swimming we went back to the travel agent's whose proposal for our trip to SA made the most sense, to ask a few more questions. We asked three agents for quotes. One came back to say they could only do flights and that the rest couldn't be done. A second one came back with all the components, but the dates were all wrong. We would have been booked in at a game park in Cradock until the morning of the 25th and booked to fly back to London from Johannesburg on the 25th - 800 km away - and her car hire dates for also wrong.
 
We'll wait for the queries to be answered before we make a decision.
