Parmigiano Reggiano

Corina came round for lunch today and I made a very naughty dish of gnocchi with mushrooms, garlic, cream and a lot of parmesan. It went down very well I'm glad to say :-)

She was testing me out on the ‘Living in the UK Test’ which she had recently passed. I did surprisingly well considering.
