Bengengie Hill

As the weather was really nice again we went to Alva to go up a Donald (Blairdenon Hill) in the Western Ochils. It was mostly dry underfoot and the boggy areas were well frozen so it was really pleasant walking. The sun shone and the views widespread. The blip is the cairn on a bump before the Donald called Bengengie hill with the view to the North West. The snowy hills to the left of the cairn are Stobinian and Ben More and the hills behind the windfarm on the right Stuc a’Chroin and Ben Vorlich. As we made our way back to Alva a snow shower went across the low ground of the Forth Valley. The 3 extras are different views of the shower.
