Bewick’s Wren

It’s a very pointy bird—his tail sticks straight up. I can identify it with great authority thanks to my Merlin app. This is a very hoppy bird. I’m amazed there is any image at all; I got mostly plants and blurs, but this shot shows its long pointy beak and white mask. By the way, I read that it’s pronounced Buick, like the car.
