Ready for the oven

I have always wanted to try my hand at Scotch Pies and the recipe in Gary Maclean’s Scottish Kitchen gave me the impetus today.

First attempt turned out OK but I need to be more exact in fitting the cases together and probably more adventurous with the filling.

None the less a good - and tasty - start !
