Short walk

Took my son to the dentist this morning, and then went for a short walk round the lake at Fairhaven. Whilst driving home I spotted a cattle egret in a local field, but I didn't have my 400 mm lens with me. 

This evening I made the effort to visit my health club and did a session of aqua aerobics. Yesterday I ran 4 miles in Stanley Park, Blackpool and tomorrow I hope to run at least the same distance around Lytham with my Wednesday running group.
