Plaza Independencia

Mendoza had an earthquake in 1861 and lost almost half the people and several buildings. They decided then to rebuild the city including several squares as an easy refuge in case of new ones. The main of them is Plaza Independencia.
EXTRA: the squares has beautiful fountains that have special lights at night, I will blip it later on this week.
