Coronation. Blackbird and dunnock.

I am not a royalist but it was interesting watching the coronation.  I watched a sewing programme presented by Patrick Grant from the British Sewing Bee programme.  It was about the making of the uniforms for the coronation.  It made the procession more interesting because I had seen inside the factory where the garments were made.
I felt it is a historic day.
The bird is a baby dunnock.  It is fluffier than the parent with a shorter and more ragged tail. The eggs are blackbird eggs and I think the one on the right has a crack and is hatching. I've put a clearer picture in the extras. You can just see a break on the right hand side of the egg on the right.
