Flower Friday

My Bleeding Hearts are beginning to bloom in the dooryard garden.  Always a cause for celebration.  Just three months ago they were buried in snow.  Another cause for celebration is seeing an Indigo Bunting at the feeder last night. (extra)  A horrible photo since it was nearly dark.  The first mow of the year will take place this morning and the bee garden is delineated with tiny orange flags.  So far, I haven't spotted any seedlings from all the seeds I planted this fall.  I hope I didn't wait to late or that the birds and squirrels got them.  We'll have to see.

Gift#132: seeing an Indigo Bunting.
