TRIP OUT

Plans went a bit of course!!! I suggested we try and get up to London but the battery in Mums scooter was not working. So change of plan…off to Sissinghurst Gardens.
By the time we had sorted everything and got a bit lost we decided to stop for lunch in a pub.
The steps were a bit tricky but we made it and had a delicious lunch with a great countryside views.
At Sissinghurst we got a buggy down to reception to pick up a wheelchair for Mum, but it just didn’t work so …wheelchair back and walking frame out. It was still tricky and we didn’t get to see much but what we did see was beautiful. Mum was exhausted by the end and we didn’t stop for a cuppa but headed home.
A tricky day but a lovely country drive, a tasty lunch and time in a beautiful garden.
