Ro takes over!

While Ro and Son took the eldest of the two girls to her football round robin matches (her team won! ) I looked after youngest.  We played  Sevens and snap.  I was trying to get her interested in games of Patience.  Clock patience, the normal one where you turn the last card in the row to see it: row 1 :7 cards, row 2: 6 etc and then this one.  My mother used to love it but I can only remember the end of the name she gave it: ….. á la boum boum boum! I suspect that was added by the family! 

Very hot, for me .  Done the ironing, mass yesterday.  Ro is doing his ironing and then we are going for a walk! Well that’s the plan! 

Edit: we did go for a walk, quite surreal! Black skies and constant rolling thunder during all bar last 5 minutes or so! No lightning or rain! At the end the sky cleared and the sun came out!
