Even cows need to cool off .....

...... and if it hadn't been for the fence round the field I might have been tempted to join them.

I had to return a tee shirt to Next this morning and on my way back down the East Kilbride Road I spotted the cows gathered by the water hole which very rarely dries up,

Then it was a walk with Holly ..... even in the heat she had boundless energy and made straight for the river where she had a great time jumping about.
