Mini Meadow

Another flower blip today as I record the changing mini meadow.

Early doors we walked up to the wood and did an hour's balsam bashing, but there is still so much of it we could do with a small army of folks in garden gloves.

Back home after cuppas, Tony disappeared to the allotment for further weeding and I wrapped up a couple of Tractor Ted books and popped to the Post Office to send them to Euan.  I bought them very cheaply from Wob and I was pleased with their secondhand condition which is a relief because their reviews are a mixed bag.

I've discovered the power of Spotify today and have been busy creating a 70s faves playlist (Johnnie Walker's Jukebox is very good for jogging the memory) in addition to a Euan playlist (lots of Nick Cope).  

The remainder of the day has been spent hanging out in the garden and washing lots more plant pots.  I've had to stay close to home as FedEx are supposed to be delivering my Blurb books!  No sign yet.
