A Tank

I spent a most enjoyable time at our son’s house, building and painting this model Churchill tank. There may also have been a trip out to a pub and the local craft beer bar…and plenty of beer at home too :-)

This is the finished model - photographed with the box behind. However, as ever, there has to be a diorama to display it ‘properly’. I am a bit late posting this blip for Saturday (it is early Sunday morning now) as the scenery has yet to be finished…it involves a lot of foam, glue, paint, sand, gravel and ‘grass’ and ‘trees’. That will be a project to complete later this morning and will hopefully be my blip later
