Brompton bike maintenance/update day and as it is pouring outside I have commandeered the hall as my workshop, good job my wife is away lol

Felt a judder on the brakes going to yoga yesterday and on checking, the pads were well worn down. When I went to order new pads from Brilliant Bikes I ended up buying a whole new transmission as I knew the chain was past it too. Brommies transmissions are so low they get all the dirt from the road.

Also separately ordered another set of SPD pedals and everything arrived almost simultaneously. I had already stripped a lot down and serviced the bearings on the front hub too. Should keep me out of mischief this weekend.
