Carol's ramblings

Quiet Thursday

School run this morning for Caleb. He was a little hyper this morning - yesterday was transition day to his next years class and it appears to have had an impact on his ADHD. He had calmed down a bit by the time he went into school.

Meet my friend at the school where we hire a room for our lace meeting. We were checking out the access - alternative access is good, as well as getting the alarm codes etc as we will use during school holidays.

Popped over to South Hill Park to collect an item and walk around the grounds (collage). Such a lovely place.

[South Hill Park is Berkshires centre for the Arts, Business and Community. We inspire, connect and enrich lives through the creative arts. Housing two theatres, a cinema, specialist art studios, gallery spaces and a restaurant within the grounds of an 18th century mansion house in Bracknell – South Hill Park hosts over 300 shows, events, films and exhibitions each year, alongside a busy programme of over 250 visual and performing arts courses.]

Chill afternoon - had a Teams meeting with work to discuss some work I will be doing.

This evening we continued watching Blindspot - a drama on 5 with Ross Kemp (gone back to acting rather than documentaries). Not bad, a bit wooden acting from some of the cast and the plot was a bit weak but ok watching.
