The Crusher at the Cowp

I've always been impressed by these big crushers that loom over the refuse skips and so decided to snap this one as my Blip for today as we got rid of our garden rubbish.

A little web research reveals that the machine is a Bergmann Mobile Jumbo Roll Packer, capable of a 5:1 compaction rate. As well as compacting, it can actually move a 40yds^3 volume skip containing up to 10 tonnes of fully compacted garbage - a fearsome engine indeed!
