After the doctor

I met with the physiatrist this morning and I think he really was good. He listened to everything I told him and he had familiarized himself with the results of my MRI and x-rays. He agreed that this might be partially coming from my back and felt we should definitely do an MRI of my back before I see the orthopedic surgeon about hip replacement. So he put in orders for that as well as blood tests to see if I have any inflammatory diseases. So instead of a rush to surgery, we're looking more closely at what is going on, which makes me happy.
