Sooty

Sooty is an eight year old rescue dog and in this photo he is looking up at his new owner who he has been with for a few weeks … maybe a month. I was quite shocked when she informed me that she had a new dog. She is getting on in years and has health issues but was very lonely after losing her two previous dogs. The relationship is a great success. He was too scared to walk outside initially but he is now walking a little more each day. It is wonderful to see how happy my neighbour is. It seems it was a good idea for her and Sooty to come together.
