I've made an appointment to see a physio about my knee next week. It's not bad as knees go, I'm just easily fed up, having missed two walks and four sessions at the bouldering wall in the last two weeks. All I'm doing is 2 mile bimbles moan moan!

But when I went out for a walk after lunch earlier I determined that I was going to sort it and get back to normal. I went through all of the exercises and stretches that I've had from the physio over the last few years, and sorted them out, adding a few to the regular stretching routine and pinpointing a couple for knees.

I'll do what I can to strengthen the muscles around my knees, but the other thing, which may or may not be related, is that if my leg is straight there's a hard lump at the back, to the right, level with the bottom of the knee joint. Hmmm, Dr Google is suggesting a Baker's Cyst but let's see what the physio says.

Sorry, all knee related, but this yellow caught my eye!

Grateful: for knees lol, for a lovely sister, for two fab children!
