Another day: Over our fence

The family who live opposite are making huge changes to their front garden. Over the last few months they have diggers,  vans,, skip deliveries every day  It is getting noisy and dangerous for passing traffic as the work men park their cars and vans on the grass verge.  The road is now reduced to a single lane and this is a 60mph limit!
We are really fed up with this......
