Late Afternoon walk

R left after lunch today with my sister driving her to Bristol airport to catch a plane to Glasgow where she is going to be a bridesmaid tomorrow. There was a bit of drama getting her there, with both bridges over to England closed at one stage, needing a change of route, lots of traffic and terrible weather but they did get there in time. Phew!

The rest of us relaxed, watched tv and played games. Then I took Lila on a late afternoon walk once the rain had stopped, starting off in the light and ending up in the dark once I’d got to the beautiful tree in Alltwen. Nice to get out in the fresh air and get some exercise, especially after another Christmas dinner today!
