We were down by the River Beane investigating just how high the flood waters are and how good the defences are as well, near the house we viewed yesterday. All looks perfectly fine despite all the recent rain.

This afternoon I saw Kerry and acupuncturist. She was very thorough taking all my history and health details so I only had a short treatment session, but it was very relaxing and calming. I look forward to seeing her again next week. I appreciate her holistic approach.
