Light and shade……

……. early this morning. No doubt about it .. the way to beat the heat is to get up and out the door very very early. It was fresh and dewy before dawn. The birds sing more loudly and the fragrance of dawn echoes in the mind.
I worked mostly indoors today, sorting books. We have some treasures. Keith brought out a lot from the UK when we moved back here to New Zealand way back in the 1970s. I just wish I had more time to read more books.
