Alternative transport

Today I needed to be in Edinburgh and the train line is partially closed due to essential repairs which would mean half train half bus but limited buses with no guarantee. Driving is not my preference and parking is not easy and definitely not cheap. I decided to go by coach. It meant a very early start, it ran very late and took over 2 hours!!! Coming home at the minute and left 15 minutes late so door to door I think I'll have been out 15 hours. Was it worth it....hmmm not too sure. Thankfully got a good risotto in the work canteen so dinner not required. Blip is inside the coach on our way this morning.
