Blessed….!

For several reasons…..!!
So nice to see the Springtime return with this tiny splash of yellow in a brief sunny spell this morning….and in contrast one of the mop head hydrangeas old flower..!!
Also,  feeling fortunate that my visit to the GP was reassuring in a lot of ways…yes the few issues on-going but it seems nothing serious thankfully few weeks obviously before biopsy results will be back but neither the Surgeon or herself have any reason to be concerned..
She has given me a course if Zoton to help control acid reflux and heal the inflamed oesophagus ..so hoping that works..
Diverticulosis controlled by diet…drinking water …exercise etc. etc.
So, while not physically a 100% yet….feeling better..!!

Hard to believe it’s the last day of January…..roll on the Spring…!
