I should take this to parkrun when I’m standing about giving out bits of plastic.

My Pilates instructor is always saying laughing is good for the core. Not so easy to plank when laughing, though.

Research has shown that laughing for 2 mins is as healthy as a 30 min run.

Now I just sit in the park, laughing at all the runners.
