TGIF…

The courgette chocolate cake last night  was delicious!

Jill, Frida and I had a wonderful walk at the Butterfield Wetlands this morning. Then I had an Oral Histiry meeting to sort out some processes that needed tidying up, now that we have been operating for almost a year.

Then off to Death Cafe - we sat in the sun at Wānaka Station Park and had some wonderful discussions. 

I’m a bit tired now after our big week…and tomorrow we go to Aoraki Mt Cook to celebrate  the life of a friend’s partner who was killed in a helicopter crash in Canada about 3 weeks ago.
Life can be cruel at times…
