An early blip today as some friends and their ( almost teenage) children are coming for tea . We used to see a lot of the. And carry their story as they ours but less so now that the children are older .

A sunny morning greeted us as we flung back the curtains , fuelled by “solar power !” I did some yoga , took Bramble for her plod and then had my own brisk walk through the park. A quick bowl of muesli for lunch and then some serious tidying up awaits !
