Istanbul - Yeni Cami (New Mosque)

The New Mosque and later New Valide Sultan Mosque after its partial reconstruction and completion between 1660 and 1665, is an Ottoman imperial mosque located in the Eminönü quarter of Istanbul, Turkey. 


The only Mosque that I visited in Istanbul. Supposedly to go to the famous Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar on tomorrow (Wednesday)  before the midnight flight, but it was cancelled due to my sister’s decision not to go and stayed on the ship till disembarkation instead.
