What Goes Up……

After yesterday’s relaxing and entertaining day, normal service was resumed today. BT finally arrived to set up our Fibre Broadband and I spent most of the morning disputing a bill with Octopus while Mr P made up our new IKEA table and chairs. After a FaceTime call with my sister and lunch, the local man and his van picked up a much loved wardrobe that we tried to fit into our new home but sadly couldn’t. We’ve given it to my friend Janet instead. It was a case of to me to you and touch and go whether we’d get it back down the stairs. Even Mr P had to get involved. After all the excitement, we took a car full of donations to local charity shops and then we finally made it back to the Hydro for a swim (been ages). I was back out at Carole’s for a cycling planning event tonight. We’re hoping to cycle the Hebridean Way in July.
