…phone died on my lunchtime walk…

Forgot to charge it last night but luckily I could still get music on my watch! So this was the only photo I took in my walk, which is a shame because the snowy hills were looking good in the sunshine!!!

Phone call from the surgery - I have a Vitamin D deficiency and the GP has written a prescription for high dose to take twice a week for the next 7 weeks. Then I’ve to switch to normal dose supplements. I’m falling to bits! And there are more tests to come back… However, if this is the source of my pain then it’s an easy (but not a quick) fix.

Me no likey this getting old malarkey!!!
