Another Curious Item...

...peering out from a discrete nook of the house. The kind of thing you photograph when it's time to go to bed but you haven't posted anything yet. Let's call it a harbinger of spring.

Which reminds me that I meant to document the arrival of the fox sparrows under the feeder a couple of days ago. They'll be around for a little while before moving on. I hope we get some grackles this year. Last year they never stopped by. Once we got a thrasher, which was very unusual. With all the odd weather we've had lately it would be nice to get something unusual in the yard.
