Storm looming

Final day here - we went to Lee Point where the NT Environmental person has just announced they can build housing in spite of it being one of only two places up here where Gouldian Finches are found. They are an endangered species. The building has been put off for the six months or so by local protest from the population but unfortunately it looks now set to go ahead. We didn’t see any as they aren’t around at the moment.
Then a quick visit to the beach for a final tropical paddle before the storm hit.
