Monday and New Moon Eclipse

I had a lovely netwalk in the park with Giles.
But as expected I was not feeling at my best after a too big dose of MSG last night ......
I went for a quick coffee at The Off Shore before heading to Deutschtek to pick up my car with new MOT.
Back home I did what I planned - go only with the flow.
Did an extensive New Moon celebration in the evening before having a light and yummy tuna salad for dinner.
My body needs a bit os soothing after yesterday's abuse.

It was lovely weather in the mowning!
