No, there is no PS involved. It is out of the camera.

It is a beacon on the parking space, where I use to pick up Teba after work.
They are busy to renovate the building. There is a little wall in front of the windows. Drivers love to ignore this wall when they want to leave the parking space. And so does their car proximity alarm. Even today and even with the beacons someone drove backwards against the wall. It is such a nasty but familiar sound ;-)
