Just Like The Real Thing

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny & The Mini Princesses,

I went for a walk with Charlie (and Bertie) today. Charlie’s husband, Mish, has whooping cough and Charlie is suffering from a serious case of SCF (Spousal Compassion Fatigue) otherwise known as OIN (Over It Now).

Mish is a person who applies himself to any situation fully. He is not a man of half-measures and likes to be armed with as much detailed knowledge as possible.

So when he called the doctor to speak to them about barking like a seal, he had researched his ailment fully.

“He used so much medical jargon that the doctor asked if he was medically trained,” sighed Charlie.

I almost fell over laughing, “Was he not mortified?” I asked

“No, I was. He was delighted!”

For context - Mish worked in finance!
