Filling The Frame

Turned out to be a busy day.  I got notification that 3 parcels were ready to pick up from the Tesco in the village so I walked down this afternoon to collect them.  I also did a bit of food shopping.  It rained the whole time I was out.

At 5.30pm it was time to head off and walk to slimming group.  Fortunately the rain had stopped by now - but it was still windy.  Our consultant wasn't able to do a normal group session so today was just " Weigh And Go".  I lost one pound this week.  Straight back home and I was in the house by around 6.20pm.

At 7.30pm my sister in law came to give me a lift to her house and I spent a lovely evening with her and my brother - and the dogs Bella and Buzz.  We had a good catch up and some tasty food.  My sister in law gave me a lift home.  I got back around 11.45pm.

The Abstract Challenge today is " Fill The Frame ".  I took a shot of a leaf covered in raindrops.  Did some processing to make it abstract. Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.
