Long forgotten!

This is the church ruin and graveyard at Tullynakill.  There are quite a few gravestones in this graveyard dating back to the 1600s, some readable others not, some graves are lost due to nature taking over.

I have entitled this image "long forgotten"; this is not quite true, the local parish church holds an annual open air service every August within the church ruin.

A local smuggler called "Daft Eddie" is said to be buried in the graveyard, but I have never found the headstone.
